Returns

We are so confident you will love our candles that you won't need to return them. However, in the unlikely event that you do need to do so please contact us on Info@lightonlight.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund or replace your candle.

Sale Items

Subject to statutory rights, unfortunately we are not able to process returns, refunds or exchange for sale and promotional items.

Exchanges

Each candle is hand poured and rigorously checked prior to shipping. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item in your order, please contact us on Info@lightonlight.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
