How much is postage/shipping?

Free postage applies for orders over $75 in Australia and over $200 in New Zealand.

For orders below these amounts, postage is charged at a flat rate of:

1. $10 throughout Australia
2. $25 throughout New Zealand

Please note we cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses or Parcel Lockers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Remember all our candles are hand poured and made to order. Orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

All packages are sent via a courier and can take between 2-10 working days to arrive depending on the final delivery location. Please note, New Zealand orders may take longer.

All orders require signature on delivery unless otherwise stated upon checkout.
